I just added support RAD Studio XE8 to the Delphi IDE Colorizer plugin, the new version (0.7.7.7) includes several improvements like the support for style owner draw controls of the IDE like the Device Manager.
Check the next screenshots with the VCL Style glow applied
If you want set your IDE with the same look of the images use these settings
For more info about the plugin check these pages
If you want report a issue or suggest a new feature please use the issue page of the project.

Rodrigo.

Fantastic! Great to see those custom controls styled too – it really adds to the cohesive feel of the IDE.

Can you update the Download Install – Mirror 2 link to the latest version? We cannot download from Dropbox at work.

Changes only the editor theme, not the entire Rad Studio environment :-(

It seems which you are using the wrong tool. The Delphi IDE Theme Editor and the Delphi IDE Colorizer are hosted in the same project page (for now). The tool which you must use to style the full IDE is the Delphi IDE Colorizer, So check if you are downloading the right App (https://goo.gl/qtOSmK).

Ok I was using the Theme Editor… Sorry about the mistake. It already is really nice to save the themes for the editor, avoiding me in the future to go through all customization again and again.
I’m installe the Colorizer right now. Thanks

Great tool! Does the tool support editing the theme for an Alternate registry key? (I mean running bds with -r option)

Hi Jordi, this plugin (DIC) doesn’t uses the windows registry. Maybe you are talking about the DITE (Delphi IDE Theme Editor)?

Yeah at the time I didn’t understand. One if for the IDE frame and the other one for the editor…
Everything works now.
